An initial free assessment of your situation and needs is the first step in determining if working with Tom is a good idea.  Let’s discuss you and your business.  You'll know quickly if working with BlastAhead is right for you.  But remeber you have little to risk and much to gain so click “contact” now and let’s talk.

Not for Everyone. Not all people, organizations and situations are a good fit for what we do here at BlastAhead.  Plus,  good resources are in demand and limited in supply.  So it is with Tom’s expertise.

Individual Coaching is best done on an individual one to one basis either face to face or via web meeting.Coaching session include discussion of past topics and previously agreed upon new topics, development of new action items and accountability on past action items.Tom provides the agenda for coaching sessions before the meeting.Experience has taught us that, to be most effective, coaching should be done frequently either weekly or every other week.

Individual Coaching packages start at $200 per month for web coaching and range up to $300 per month for face to face sessions.Discounts for longer term commitments may apply.

Consulting Projects focus on sales, revenue generation and staff personal development and making good business decisions.Some of the types of projects we have worked on include:

  • Creating or refining business goals, plans, strategies and tactics
  • Designing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to support business goals
  • Crafting effective sales compensation plans
  • Developing useful sales and other employee position statements
  • Fill knowledge gaps providing advice and clarification on important business decisions
  • Develop sales staff management tools, policies and procedures for the business owner
  • Successful business, individual and staff goal setting and achievement programs
  • Sales training, general and targeted

The goals of consulting are to define the issue, agree upon action plans, hold people accountable and get the job done.For this reason BlastAhead consulting projects are clear, well defined and finite.Tom likes to get in get the job done then move on to the next project.

Depending on the project a deposit of up to 25% is required with progress payments with the completion of well defined milestones.Final payment is required only after the successful completion of the project.

Workshops, both live and web based are available on an admittedly ad-hoc basis.Check this site for updates or sign up for Tom’s blog to stay current.Workshops on sales training, goal setting & achievement or other topics can be scheduled for your organization on an as needed basis. Small group workshops have proven to be productive, fun and enlightening in often unexpected ways.

Grand Rapids, MI and West Michigan is BlastAhead’s home turf.  However the web allows Tom to work interactively with clients just about anywhere.  In February projects that can take Tom to warm, sunny locations are all worth serious consideration.
